Sourcing Specialist

Sourcing specialists in our Meetings & Events group manage all aspects of sourcing and negotiating venue contracts for internal and external meetings including those for Strategic Meeting Management clients.

Sourcing specialists deal with all types of meetings and events including complex occasions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate venue contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Achieve cost savings for the client
  • Identify and strive for continuous improvement of Meetings & Events processes, procedures and tools


Desired skills

  • Negotiation and sourcing
  • Project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Financial skills and strong business acumen
  • Fluency in English

Meeting Planner

Meeting planners are responsible for organizing internal and external meetings internationally.

They play an integral part in our clients’ overall Strategic Meeting Management Program (SMMP) by focusing on business meetings that contribute to our clients’ strategy and bottom line.

Meeting planners deal with all types of meetings & events including complex occasions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage end-to-end meetings
  • Negotiate vendor contracts

  • MS Suite proficiency
  • Fluency in English
