My main goals include making sure that my regional team can develop, grow & thrive - but also negotiating the best possible supplier agreements with increased revenue generation for CWT and building strong relationships with supplier customers, working closely with different functions at a global level.
I started my career with CWT in 1992, as an agent based on one of our client’s sites in Frankfurt. Prior to that, I was in Munich, finishing my apprenticeship as a bank clerk, but, with my passion for travel, I realized that the world had more to offer than just counting money. After applying to CWT, I had the opportunity to join a truly global organization with the chance to pursue a career in which I could successfully grow and contribute to my industry.
In 2016, CWT launched a global digital strategy, applying our technological focus and journey to a vision to become the leading digital TMC. I also enjoy working with so many people at a cross-functional and international level.
It really means a lot to me to be part of a performance-driven organization, and to achieve strong results - through responsibility, leadership, teamwork and commitment.
