CWT Solutions Group is our global consulting division, specializing in travel & expense program optimization. CWT Solutions Group drives value and growth to its clients’ businesses by helping them to extract more value from their travel and expense program through state-of-the-art technology and business travel knowhow. Its innovative approach focuses on four key areas to achieve true ROI: travel and expense strategy, data insights, supplier management, and travel services outsourcing.

Not only do we find new ways to drive value out of your travel spend - we can also help you engage with your employees and address new travel trends. Within Solutions Group, our roles fall into two categories:

Client-facing roles

You role is to deliver our business travel & expense consulting engagements to our clients. A typical project runs from 3 to 6 months and aims to solve the challenges of one or multiple clients, under the above pillars. Our client-facing roles are business analysts (where your objective is to provide the right analysis & deliverables to share with a consultant) and consultants, or senior consultants (who are in charge of project management, client satisfaction and the overall commercial relationship). Each consultant will be assigned one or multiple client projects to manage and may also work directly within a client’s organization, at the client’s premises (outsourcing roles).

Production & innovation roles

These roles operate in conjunction with our consulting team, ensuring that our business analysts and consultants have the right access to data, and efficient models and technology to deliver on our engagements. Our product team engineer the digital transformation of our Solutions Group products, using a state-of-the-art web reporting platform, predictive modelling and other data-driven products to create new and innovative offerings for our consultants to bring to our clients.
