From owning supplier relationships and leading negotiations, to the promotion of our preferred suppliers, you'll use your superb selling/relationship skills to make it happen.

The Global Supplier Management (GSM) team's work includes:

  • Negotiating agreements with Air, Hotel and Car/Rail suppliers
  • Optimizing and leveraging opportunities to grow supplier business (market share)
  • Maintaining the supplier relationship throughout the contract

Business Development Manager

The business development manager is responsible for growing and maintaining CWT Value Rates and supplier revenues, and contracting hotel rates.

Working within the Global Supplier Product Marketing team, the business development manager supports GSM's initiatives.

Erica started her CWT journey as an intern for Hotels Solution Group. After graduating, she joined the team on a permanent basis, progressing in six years to the point where she was leading a team of consultants and managing the global hotel program for some of the top CWT clients in the tech and retail sectors. She then moved to Meetings & Events in 2018 to support North America from a supplier management perspective.
