Employee and labor relations
Driving the people agenda at country level and social landscape of CWT’s local operations, in alignment with our global business strategy.

Employee communications
As a strategic partner to the business and operations, we enable the connections that help our people and business grow through stories and experiences that inspire, influence and engage.

Compensation & benefits
Focusing on a total reward strategy that creates value for employees and the business, and covers employee compensation, benefits, non-financial rewards and wellbeing.

Employee services
Managing and administering employee lifecycle changes and supporting our employees worldwide with day-to-day HR and global payroll matters.

HR business partners
Aligned to and working closely with business leaders, to enhance workforce performance and develop people solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
